Der Veranstalter Artefact PRL ist der wahrscheinlich wichtigste Veranstalter für Konzerte in Straßburg. Mit La Laiterie, zu deutsch Die Molkerei, verfügt Artefact PRL auch über einen beliebten Veranstaltungsort im Straßburger Bahnhofsviertel. La Laiterie beherbergt mehrere Kultureinrichtungen. Zu den wichtigsten gehören die zwei Konzertsäle mit jeweils 1000 oder 300 Plätzen. Im Le Point d'Eau in der nahegelegenen Gemeinde Ostwald wird wiederum interdisziplinäres und anspruchsvolles Theater präsentiert.
